Dropped the phone into the toilet. It did not work after that. After two years I decided to try to get it working so my grandaughters could play games and music.

Meine Reparatur

Followed the instructions in the guide. The only trouble was removing the "white" tab to remove the ribbon to separate the display. The note says some early models did not have a tab, however, the socket is also white (and small) I almost broke the socket trying to remove it! Then just pulled the ribbon and it came out. Luckily the phone worked when I put it together with a new battery. That step in the instructions needs to be more clear about inspecting the "White" tab/socket to make sure you do it right. If you break the socket the ribbon will not seat. I cracked it but it worked when I put it together.
