iPhone4 worn out Home button

Mein Problem

The home button only worked about every 3-4 time i pressed it. Poor design to put a switch that wears out before the rest of the phone!

Meine Reparatur

The procedure to replace it is very involved, and i probably wouldn't do it again, but it did work, and my phone is running great now. The iFixit video was very helpful, but i think a step-by step PDF would have been better as you end up rewinding the video over and over to make sure you got it right.

Mein Rat

The guide has you remove the larger screws with washers to remove the display, but i think you could just loosen the ones that dont go through eyelets.
