Basic HDD swap

Mein Problem

Nothing exciting here. I simply needed to swap the SSD I installed in my late 2007 Macbook pro to the early 2008 Macbook pro I commandeered from my wife (she has an iPad now and doesn't need a lappy).

Meine Reparatur

It took me around 20 minutes to completely disassemble both Macbooks and do the drive swap. The toolkit made it super fast to swap from a T6 torx to a phillips and back whenever required. Overall, the process went flawlessly.

Mein Rat

Place the screws out on a flat surface in a pattern mimicking where they are on each device. It makes putting everything back together easier. I used OWC's HDD swap video for an early 2k8 MBP.
