I had two iphone 4 with the front panel broken.

Well, the magnetic Project Mat is really useful : I was used to drop or lost some screws... but with this part, everything stays well placed on a mock up I drw on the the mat...
The set of driver is good part, which can be used for a lot of stuff... for iphone, only 3 drivers are used... anyway : great parts from iFixit !
Mein Rat
No advice, only the repair guides from iFixit :) (It's just enough)
