Mein Problem
Family member wanted to give old iPod to Grandmother. They send it to me because I live close by Grandmother. I turned it on to make sure it was working and found that the battery would not charge. Grandmother may not use it (would like her old walkman tape player), so why spend the $ on a new iPod.
Meine Reparatur
Could not be happier with the repair kit and iPad app. Had everything except for a tool to remove the T6 Torx screws. It would have been helpful if the webpage that has the battery kit for sale also let the buyer know what additional tools they will need.
Mein Rat
I used a flat head screwdriver from a glasses repair kit to remove the T6 torx screws.
