change back panel on iPhone 4

dropped the phone on the floor at just the right angle to chip the glass back panel

easiest repair in the world to make, take 2 screws out, pop out the old panel, pop in the new one

Mein Rat

it's actually cheaper to buy back panels than some of the cool "protective" covers out there - so assuming you don't drop the device on it's face (more difficult repair maybe) or in a vat of acid or something it might be easier to just exchange the back when it's scratched :)
