First, locate 6 screws along the cage of the fan

Remove these 6 screws with phillips head screwdriver

Remove cage of fan

The fan should now look like the first picture

Locate the two phillips head screws behind the blades

Remove these screws

Remove the two screws that are circled in the photo

The motor becomes loose with only the wires holding it in place

Remove the screw that is circled in the first picture to access the speed control wires

The wires connecting to the speed controller are shown in picture #2

Remove the circled screw in order to access the power supply

To reassemble device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
