The sound does not seem to be loud enough, even in a quiet room. How can I make it louder?

If you have already tried using other SD cards after you have restarted the phone, this issue most likely means that there is something wrong with your SD card slot. This is mentioned in the troubleshooting page as well. I suggest moving forward from there!
