Great article and mine is now better than new with a replacement impeller. It fit exactly as described and was simple and easy. One thing to mention regarding adjusting the grind, I tried moving the stop screw to achieve a finer grind as instructed in the video, but the burrs always ended up making contact.
I happened upon the Breville instruction manual where they tell you to remove the wire bail from the upper burr holder and gently twist the plastic housing one number at a time in either the coarse or fine direction depending on what you want. I moved mine one number to the left (finer) and the result was outstanding.

Superb instructions. My impeller arrived sooner than anticipated and fit perfectly. I noticed that the grind is not as fine as before and was very careful in following your instructions. Do you think it may have something to do with not having the screws as tight as before? I was careful not to over tighten them.
