I have a blank screen but get notifications of texts and the “welcome “jingle when I hold the power button to do a forced restart ( this has never worked) but the screen remains blank. I was informed my gen7 has water damage but no one can tell me what part needs replaced can you? I’m assuming as it makes the sounds it’s not the battery.
