Possible Problems There are many reasons for this: (1) It can be that the drivers aren't installed or up-to-date for the Wi-Fi/Wireless card. (2) There is no Wi-Fi card installed or not properly installed i.e. the connection is loose or the antenna cables are damaged. Possible Solutions (1) Firstly check if there's a Wi-Fi/Wireless card installed on the computer or it's connected properly, and if the antenna cables is in good shape. (1.1) If there's no card, you can purchase one or reuse from old laptop (must be compatible) and insert it, then do the next solution. (1.2) If the antenna cables aren't good, same thing goes; purchase or reuse. No need to install/update drivers. (2) If card is connected and antenna cables are good, make sure your device drivers are up-to-date. Best way to check and update drivers is to use a driver updater. Let me know if this helps 👍🏾
