Hi, I saw this post because I had the same problem. My keyboard would turn on but there was no sound coming out of it whatsoever. I appreciated the response... but I want to add my solution... this may not be your cause, but if it is, it will save you a lot of embarrassment and time/$ spent on service centers. Something clicked when I read headphones. My keyboard had been moved by my husband months earlier. After our youngest was born, we had to rearrange a lot if things. He hooked everything up, but being that he doesn't play the piano or use it, he mistakenly plugged the foot pedal into the headphone port. Bingo! Problem solved! I hope this is helpful to someone in the future.
