Yo bro I somehow make it works on mine any oppo I got I did is factory reset my phone then put my wifi after I finish resetting my phone I open browser and type (bit.ly/playstore810mediafire) after you're in the site you will download the 6 files don't install it immediately and you need to download it top to bottom because it's needed (I think) after you finish downloading it go to files and download it on your phone now top to bottom is the order again and don't install the GSF(Google Service Framework) that the system provided because on the other they said its network anomaly so abandon it if it pops up after you downloaded it on the right order reboot your phone just simple reboot after that open your setting>other account>google then put your email in there after that open playstore now and update google play service and that's it Hope it helps and it's doesn't need computer just the cellphone your fixing Sorry about my grammar because it's my first time doing this well take care
