I'm answering my own question as I was able to dismantle the controller and fix the issue. the problem is that there's a gap of about 3 or 4 milimeters between the socket on the controller and the female part on the battery. I managed to scrap a little bit of the plastic from the limit of the battery line I also put a little piece of metal on the affected socket to amplify the contact with the pin and bent a little bit the affected pin to increase the pressure on the metal part of the socket.
