In that case, it simply needs to be charged. If the battery is drained and this is not the first time using the device, try to charge it by plugging it into your computer with the provided USB cord. If it doesn't turn on after this, you probably have a faulty battery. In this case, you may want to replace the battery. If the battery is not the issue, it's possible that the power switch is turned off. The power switch is responsible for the display. However, if the master switch, also known as the ON/OFF switch, which controls the power of the entire device, is off, the screen will not turn on at all. Make sure that both your power and master switch are turned on. If both of these buttons are turned on and your GC-1020 is still not turning on, your problem most likely lies in the motherboard. You will want to replace this, as most components of the media player are connected to the motherbo...
