Hat geantwortet auf: From Cold Start, car has trouble holding idle until warm. Why?I had the same issue with the idle air control valve. I talked to one of the guys at O'Reily's who told me it's pretty typical for some older cars as it just gets gunked up after years of use. The quick, temporary, fix is to take off the air filter and hoses attached to the throttle body and spray some carburetor cleaner into the idle air control valve. I found a video on youtube which walked me through it, but it's honestly a really quick and easy fix.
