Is your Keurig K-Duo not turning on? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Power Supply Issues
- Check to make sure the power cord is plugged all the way in.
- Check for any damage to the power cord.
- If there is damage, disconnect from the electrical outlet and look into getting a new power cord.
- Test the electrical outlet, and test the Keurig on another electrical outlet.
System Issues
After checking the power supply, check:
- If you haven't already, try more firmly pressing the power button, and then wait a few seconds.
- Try resetting the system: Unplug the cord, wait at least 5 minutes, plug back in and try turning it on again.
- Check that the water reservoir is properly attached.
