Keurig K-Duo Does Not Turn On

Is your Keurig K-Duo not turning on? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.

1. Check to make sure the power cord is plugged all the way in.
2. Check for any damage to the power cord.
3. If there is damage, disconnect from the electrical outlet and look into getting a new power cord.
4. Test the electrical outlet, and test the Keurig on another electrical outlet.

After checking the power supply, check:

1. If you haven't already, try more firmly pressing the power button, and then wait a few seconds.
2. Try resetting the system: Unplug the cord, wait at least 5 minutes, plug back in and try turning it on again.
3. Check that the water reservoir is properly attached.
