Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra Is No Longer Holding A Charge

If the battery in your Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra is draining quickly or will not hold a charge, follow these steps for possible solutions.

The best way to go about fixing the battery is to start with the simplest solutions and see if they work first. If your controller isn't holding a charge, start by doing a hard reset.

1. Flip the controller upside down so the Joysticks are facing the table.
2. Locate the hard reset button. It is in a small hole below the "P3" button.
3. Use something narrow like a paperclip or SIM ejector to press the button. Push it gently into the hole and press the button for 1 second; you should hear a click.
4. Flip the controller back over and press the guide button (with the Xbox logo on it) for about 2 seconds or until the controller turns back on.
