  • Place the flat end of an opening tool against the lower edge of the inside of the phone below the battery, as shown in the first photo.

  • Carefully apply pressure to the backside of the screen with the opening tool to create a gap between the screen and the body of the phone.

  • Separating the adhesive to create the initial gap may require some force. If you are unable to perform this step, reheat the lower edge of the phone to soften the adhesive and try again.
