Remove the battery

  • Use both plastic cards to lift the entire battery assembly up and away from the case.

  • If the battery still feels adhered to the case, reapply adhesive remover and use the plastic cards in problem areas to make sure all three cell groups are fully separated from the case.

  • Remove the battery.

  • During reassembly, double-check the fit and alignment of your new battery before sticking it down.

  • If your battery came with adhesive pre-installed on the bottom, flip it over and carefully peel away the liner to expose the adhesive. If your battery did not come with adhesive, apply a thin double-sided adhesive tape such as Tesa 61395 to keep your battery in place.

  • Carefully position the battery and set it into place. Press and hold each cell group firmly for 5–10 seconds to secure it to the lower case.

Akku entfernen

Hebe die komplette Akkubaugruppe mit den beiden Kunstoffkarten nach oben vom Gehäuse weg.

Wenn der Akku irgendwo noch am Gehäuse festhängt, dann gib etwas Klebstoffentferner an die betreffende Stelle und löse ihn dort mit der Kunststoffkarte ganz ab, bis du sicher bist, dass der Akku komplett frei ist.

Entferne den Akku.

Überprüfe beim Zusammenbau lieber zweimal, ob er gut ausgerichtet ist und passt, bevor du ihn festklebst.

Wenn dein Ersatzakku auf der Unterseite mit Kleber ausgestattet ist, dann drehe ihn herum und ziehe sorgfältig die Schutzfolie ab, um die Klebeschicht freizulegen. Wenn kein Kleber an deinem Ersatzakku ist, dann musst du starkes doppelseitiges Klebeband, z.B. Tesa 61395 zum Festkleben verwenden.

Richte den Akku sorgfältig aus und lege ihn auf seinen Platz. Drücke jede einzelne Akkuzellengruppe 5-10 Sekunden lang fest, damit sie gut haftet.
