Once you have access to the vibrator, camera, earpiece speaker, then you'll be able to easily remove the earpiece speaker

Just like how it work for the vibrator, try to remove the coppery wires holding the earpiece speaker

Using the spudger pry the speaker out so you can replace it with your new one.
