  • Be very careful not to touch the capacitor leads or any exposed solder joints on the back of the power supply (boxed in red).

  • Grasp the small tab at the end of one of the bottom edge display adhesive strips and pull the adhesive toward the top of the iMac to remove it.

  • Repeat this step with the other adhesive strip and remove it.

  • If either adhesive strip breaks before it's removed, use a plastic card to slice through the remaining adhesive.

Faites très attention à ne pas toucher les condensateurs ou toute soudure apparente à l'arrière du bloc d'alimentation (encadré en rouge).

Attrapez la petite languette au bout d'un des adhésifs situés sur le bord inférieur de l'écran, et tirez l'adhésif vers le haut de l'ordinateur pour l'enlever.

Répétez cette étape avec l'autre adhésif et retirez-le.

Si un adhésif se casse avant d'être retiré, utilisez une carte en plastique pour découper ce qu'il reste d'adhésif.
