Einleitung
If the speakers on your ACER Aspire 5 A515-46-R3UB are not working because there is no sound coming out, or the sound is heavily distorted and you want to replace them, follow this guide to easily replace them. Be sure to turn off your laptop and disconnect the charger before you begin.

Use a JIS #1 screwdriver to remove eleven 6.7 mm screws from the bottom cover.

Use an opening tool and picks to pry the bottom cover from the laptop.

Work your way around the perimeter to release any clips before you remove the bottom case.

Remove the bottom case.

Use the plastic opening tool to carefully push on each side of the connector and remove it from the socket.

Pull the speaker cable away from the connector in the same direction as the individual wires are running.

To remove the cable from its mounting position, use a spudger to lift the ribbon cables off of the speaker cord.

Now that the speaker cable is released, remove the speakers.
