Reishunger bietet leider keine Anleitung zum Auswechseln der Dichtung im Deckel an. Zum Glück ist der Wechsel gar nicht so schwer und innerhalb von 5 Minuten erledigt..

Die Oberseite des Deckels kann ganz einfach vom Rest getrennt werden. Diese "Schale" ist mit sechs Nupsis eingerastet. Mit einem Messer oder entsprechendem anderen Werkzeug kann die Schale gelöst und abgenommen werden.

Als nächstes müssen sechs Kreutzschrauben gelöst werden. Anschließend kann der Metalleinsatz einfach entnommen werden.

Der Dichtring ist jetzt bereits zu sehen und kann gewechselt oder einfach gereinigt werden.

Arbeite die Schritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ab, um dein Gerät wieder zusammenzubauen.

I need to buy the gasket now. i know how to handle the replacement after i was accidentally tear the gasket by knife while removing for cleaning.my query is where to buy the gasket for replacement
I'm exactly in the same situation. I even spoke to Reishunger and they said they don't have replacement gaskets and cannot order them from their supplier. Which is just dumb.
I also doubt they will provide information. Might need to meassure and search the web if you find any? Reishunger didn't want to provide the slightest help on how to change it as well.
Yeah, I agree, Timo. I have ordered a bunch from Aliexpress (only place I was able to find anything close) and am now trying to make it work. None of them are the same as the original, though. Let's see. If I find a good solution I will add a comment to help others.
