I have 2 Atrix 2 very new phones, Mine is hard bricked, gf's has broken digitizer. My Q is can i use 1 to fix other. Preferably to fix bricked 1 because it was mine. If not then perhaps using mine to fix other phone

It would be much easier to put a good digitizer on a non-bricked phone than it would be to unbrick a phone with a good digitizer.
However, you may be able to just transfer all the components from your girlfriend's phone into yours, but I don't see how that's any different than moving the good digitizer to her phone in the long run.
