1 windows does not appear correctly
when i open my laptop windows open but it keeps on running and windows does not appear correctly or cant open my program

It seems like that your computer is infected so in this situation, you need to scan your computer with good antivirus and then you need to uninstall all infected programs.
Once you will do that then you have also you need to delete all temp files from your computer and reset your browsers then they will work fine on your network.
