Mackie HR824 Auto Power fail or fail to power on.
I have a pair of Mackie HR824 and one fails to power on. There is a manual always on mode and that does not seem to work anymore either. Does anyone have experience repairing these devices? I have received the circuit diagram from the manufacturer, but I was looking for common issues to look for with this units, or typical failure points specific to these units.
Thanks for any input.

My problem's a bit different. The bottom dropped out on my 824's during a playback. The high range continued on both sides, but low end speakers stopped playing at the same time. There's no drag on the voice coils, and I thought it may be a fuse problem, noting oldturkey03's comment below. I haven't been able to identify the fuses on the board to see if fuse(s) are blown.
Anyone know where they are and what they look like?

These are classic studio monitors and the MK1 woofers are nearly impossible to find. There's a MK2 woofer that apparently fits the original MK1 cabinet, but is most likely not made the same or would ever act as the MK1 did, however is an alternative for replacement. It would be great to have a replacement woofer and tweeter tutorial/kit added to the inventory in the future among other parts as listed above. :)

I have the same problem, my speaker does not turn on... the voltage and the components work with the naked eye, what can I change so that it turns on
