when battery is on doen's work

Model A1001 or A1025 / 667, 800, 867, or 1.0 GHz G4 processor

When I connect the battery it just doesn't work at all. I need to plug it to the power outlet to be able to use it.. any help? Thanks

Its very possible the DC-in board died or the PSU is dead

If the dc in was bad it would not work with the ac adapter. Ralph
