impreza HB 2006, remote programming

Hi , I have an impreza 2006 hatchback, I had a remote that works fine , i bought a used key and programed the key part, and now the remote is left.

I have tried to program it by the way mentioned in diffrent websites which include swithing the key from lock to on 10 times in 15 secs , but couldnt get anything the horn doesn't honk at all.

I hoppe someone can help me here
