Which keyboards are compatible with this model?
I have faulty keyboard on my MacBook Pro 17 inch and I am considering to buy Model A1226 keyboard.
Will this work ?

Well, that does answers my question.
The question was, if A1226 model keyboard is compatible with A1229 keyboard?

Please give us the last three figures of your serial number so we know your exact machine. Look in the battery compartment.

Unfortunately, It appears that label with serial ID was removed at some point. Model I have is 1229.
