I replaced the battery in my 4S, it all went smoothly apart from one issue, the grounding clip that goes under the battery clip keeps moving, I lined it up as per the instructions, screwed in the the screw and while it is held in place it can be twisted very easily and moves on its own. I'm at a loss here and would really appreciate some help.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

The battery takes two screws change them about you might have mixed them up

Check to be certain the battery flex connector is seated down in the logic board connector perfectly. When you carefully tighten the upper battery connector screw it will hold the clip in place, which is under the battery connector as you say. I have seen them movable, but not move easy or on its own. But even if it did move some, if everything is properly in place, I would not worry about it.
