Regarding lcd and lid of laptop

There is a cloud type white marks appeared at he bottom of 15.6" screen . I think ,it caused by a pressure applied on lid and lid get dent. My question is that will there be any problem with screen in future or it will be disappear after few days?

My second question is that there is sealing between lid and screen where pressure was applied on the lid, the contact between lcd and lid is not remain together but it gets gab of two inches between lcd and lid. Is there any problem with laptop or lcd after few days?
