Four vertical white lines in BIOS on Sony All In-One VGCLS30E?

Having trouble. This is a Sony All In One. 5-7years old.

Video shows four vertical white lines when in the BIOS utility. After booting into Windows resolution is poor.

Tried different video drivers. When I use the correct driver from Sony the display goes black then I have to roll back the driver. LCD is fine no cracks or has been dropped.

I was thinking new motherboard?
