when i plug in my iPod to my computer it says usb not recognized and it works perfectly it plays music and every thing the only problem is that my computer won't recognize it.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Regardless of which operating system, try updating iTunes: it worked for me once. If that's not fixed, the next thing I would check is the cable and/or another usb port on your computer. If none of that works, I believe it could be the iPod :(. Good luck!

Hi,
to help you we need more information.Is the USB problem the only issue or do you have more trouble like a.e. you can't play songs... Did you drop the iPod or did it got wet ?

it sounds like a problem with the compters usb port. also it could be a problem with the cord itself, and lastly it could be the port on the iPod shuffle. i would recommend a teardown if you know what your doing. but more information would be nice. :)

Try a reset. The Apple support troubleshooter will walk you through this.

I have this problem too if tried during an external usb, and connecting it strait to the computer. Neither works. Also every time I try to turn it on it blinks orange three times then nothing! How do I fix this?
