When I turned my headlight switch off, the lights remain on?
Where do I start looking? The dash & tail lights turned off.

raymon garrison, looking at the diagram, I'd say you have only a few choices. Check the headlight switch, make sure all the connectors are okay. The other thing (my first check) would be the headlight relay. you are getting power to the relay from somewhere. Replace the relay first and check the wiring harness for a short circuit.
