Classic lines in display and restart error message at boot. Reball?

Hello I've recently taken on a pet project I would love to succeed against. I have a 08 24" imac here running a 8800gs that has vertical lines and after the apple logo goes to an error message stating to restart the computer.

This machine had the LCD and hdd replaced via AppleCare around 2011. The LCD had developed significant heat burn back then.

I pulled it apart today and' all four diagnostics LEDs are lit" I have read endless amounts of literature about this issue over the years and i would guess the gpu has failed. I've read quite a lot bout the failure of these mxm nvidia cards specifically and I would like to try having it reballed

Has anyone here had their mxm gpu reballed successfully, and could you recommend a place in the US able to do this? I found a company in Greece offering this service anyone familiar with them? I had looked into some flashing solutions a few years ago but as the EEPROM chips are smaller on PC mxm cards I believe no one has succeeded.
