What is included in the kit? I have tools including soldering pencil. Are the tools unique to replacing the battery included?

Small Phillips #00 Screwdriver
Plastic Opening Tool
Spudger
Those are all the tools that you would need to open the iPod. As you know, you'll need a soldering iron for the replacement. Those tools included are not unique to this model iPod, but can be used on many other devices as well. Hope this helps, good luck.
