The new lcd screen it's frozen

Hello, I've replaced the broken lcd of my ipod classic 5th generation, and after reassembled it, and connected the usb cable to energise it, the screen lighten up in plain withe, but it remains there.

Although I do listen the click wheel going trough the menu, but without any visual information. Ideas?
