Sony Bravia Horizontal lines on picture/double picture comes and goes?

About two months ago I started getting horizontal lines across my picture. While doing this it shows a overlaying picture over the original picture, or a double screen on top of itself. Then it warms up and quits. Now it does it whether it is warm or not. It still comes and goes. For those of you with the SAME PROBLEM, I will post the results and solution following the fix on this thread. To all those who help with this, THANK YOU!
