I have a Samsung LN46A550P3FXZA 46 inch LCD TV. Screen shows a cloth-like image until the picture arrives on the third cycle. Capacitors appear fine, no doming on top

Bad capacitor.

I changed the capacitors and the problem is still there
Demetrius White what make and model TV? What capacitors did you change? why? what are the symptoms that your TV has?

If you have replace the caps on the main ps board, then you may need to replace a cap on the controller board…and possibly a chip. For me, it turned out that all I had to do was resolder the 47uf cap. I think over time the joints got “cold” and increase the ESR of the cap. While I bought a kit with the chip and caps, I did not have to use them…just resolder.
Find the MP2363 8-pin chip on the controller board…the cap is next to it.
