leveling, lagging together Modular Home?

we cannot find anyone to fix our problem , so we need your help, we purchased 2 acres of property . on this property was a 28x60 modular home . we have found out it is not lagged together and we paid to have it leveled once , but needs it again. we purchased the items to do this but the guy has gone out of business. we have to do it ourselves.
