auto movement in right trigger

right side trigger keep moving by it self and when pressed down its unresponsive why?

please help i am guessing if there is a way to flash 360 controller or hard re-set it, that might fix the issue as i have checked that the sensors on the right trigger are fully functional and so are the logic board points
