ram14489, could be an overheating issues since you have to wait for 20 minutes before restarting. I would disassemble the laptop and clean the fan, air inlet slots and replace the thermal paste. Then retry and see what happens.

This is the heating issue, the sound you hear click is the coming from hard drive. Your laptop is facing heating issue. I would suggest you to clean the cpu fan by removing the sink from the processor, before reinstalling the cpu in its place dont forget to paste thermal compound.
