hello all,
after i replaced the wifi chip, i have a black screen
replacing the lcd doesnt work
the iphone turns on and i can see it in iTunes.
i can also see the screen doing something it gets light a little bit an the apple logo comes on for like 1 microsecond
then the screen goes black and its off
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Wifi chip is difficult to install one I would say you have damaged the board

Try taking the chip off again and look if you might have damaged some resistors and capacitors.

finally i can answer,
seems that next to the wifi chip 2 ic are of the motherboard, the fl3 and fl4. saw that on a schematic
how can i find the correct ic to replace them ?
