My Device Restored as IC changed, what about phone memory?

Please Please Please its urgent... :(

I used canvas doodle 2.

my cell is having enough inbult memory so i dont use memory card.

all my data is cell only.

due to some problem i give it to the micromax care center, they said Ic replacement needed.

all my data will be lost. i dont have any back up.

i want to know that any how after IC change, shall i get my data back through any data recovery software ?

i want to know that inbuilt storage is how connected to IC..?

and as they restored my cell, which memory is cleaned, RAM or inbult memory ???
