I have a Mac Mini with a DVI connector. What display would work with this Mac Mini? I mean the connector in the back has three rows of 8 plus 4 around the plus sign conectors

Almost any monitor made in the last 15 years will work. Just plug in a DVI equipped monitor or use the DVI - VGA adapter to plug in a VGA monitor

Almost any new monitor will have the DVI connector that is on your mini.
If not there are DVi/VGA adapters available.
