says motor emergency changed motor with one still says same thing

my parents too. O AR Drone I crashed it said motor emergency will not let me run it upon initialisation of connecting battery three motors spend slowly do not light up green all stay read only three light up.I purchased a motor off Amazon installed it according to videos from on you tube. still does and says the same thing all red light upon initialisation slow spinning propellers open app app tells me motor emergency please help
