Hello, my tablet is bricked and not pass the logo of android, the firmware can not find it anywhere, I contacted the manufacturer but I do not want to provide the firmware.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

I made firmware this AM that fixed both of my RCA rct6387w2 units. It may help you too, but it restores to factory so your data will be lost.

Hi, after many hours into google, can´t find any ROM for this Tablet RCT6272W23
No luck with Rockchip Tools or BatchTools to erase NAND or flash another ROM all fails !!
Looking into FCC by the id in back , i find the HongKong manufacter, but no luck there.
Any info will be appreciated.

Try factory reseting the tablet go in to recovery mode by holding the power and volume buttons
