I dropped my tablet and now the screen has gone weird and has got weird colours everywhere

It'll probably be your screen that's broken, or the screen cable that's jammed in the device.

iFixit doesn't sell replacement parts or guides for the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 yet, but you can probably fond them elsewhere on the net.
