okay so I was in class and my iPhone 5c fell out of my pocket and on to the floor and it cracked a lil
and I tried to turn it on and it would not. Well I got home and I plugged it in, the Apple sign showed up, however it only shows up for about 7 seconds then it shuts back off an then does the same thing over and over again!!! What do I do?:(

This issue sounds like the battery connector may have come loose. If you are new to repairs i would get a repair shop to check the connection or you can look at the URL below from a fellow IFixit about how to replace one. You DO NOT need to replace it, just check the connection and make sure its secure.
